Good software, needs improvement in some areas

Staffswift has all the basic HR features we need and they work fine. Attendance tracking is reliable, payroll is functional. However, the reporting module could be more advanced with better visualization. Also, bulk operations take time with large data. That said, for the price point and considering we own the code, it's a fair deal. With some patience and optimization, it serves the purpose. Support team is responsive which helps!
